To add a new client or lead, navigate to the Clients section in the CRM menu. Click on the “Add Client” button and fill out the details including name, contact info, company, and notes.
You can choose whether the entry is a lead or client using the status field. This helps segment your pipeline effectively.
If you have a spreadsheet of contacts, you can import them via CSV using the Import button in the Clients & Leads page. Be sure your headers match the fields required: name, email, phone, status, company.
When creating or editing a client, you can assign them to one or more users within your URBN Hub account. This lets employees see only the clients relevant to their work while allowing admins to view all.
Assignments can be changed anytime by editing the client profile.
Use the search bar to quickly locate a client or lead by name or email. You can also filter by status (lead/client) or by the assigned user to focus on what matters most.
