Messaging System

Sending Private Messages

To send a private message, go to the Messaging section in the CRM. Select the user you want to message, type your message, and hit "Send."

Sending Group Messages

You can also send messages to multiple users at once. Simply select multiple recipients before composing your message. This is useful for team-wide announcements or updates.

Pinning Messages

Pin important messages to keep them at the top of your chat list. This feature helps highlight critical updates or conversations you want to revisit quickly.

Reading & Managing Messages

Read messages by opening a conversation, then reply directly in the message window. You can also archive messages to keep your inbox organized.

Message Notifications

Enable notifications for incoming messages to stay updated on new conversations. Customize your preferences in the settings to control how and when you’re alerted.
