To add a note, go to the Clients & Leads or Messaging section and select the relevant client or message. Use the "Add Note" button to enter your information.
Notes can either be private (visible only to you) or shared (visible to all users in your account). To toggle between them, use the note's visibility settings.
Pin important notes to keep them easily accessible. This can be done by clicking the pin icon next to the note. Pinned notes appear at the top of your note list.
You can edit or delete any note by selecting it and clicking the "Edit" or "Delete" options. Only shared notes can be edited by other users.
Use the search bar in the Notes section to quickly find specific notes by keyword or client name. This helps in managing a large volume of notes.
