Using Email Templates

Creating Your Email Signature

Go to the Email section in your dashboard and click on the Signature tab. You can add your name, title, contact info, and even include a logo or social links. Your signature will be automatically added to outgoing emails.

Creating a New Email Template

Click on Create Template and enter a name, subject, and body content for your email. You can use dynamic placeholders like {{firstName}} to personalize emails.

Previewing & Sending

Once your template is ready, you can click Preview to see what it will look like for the recipient. Then use Compose to modify and send that template to a client or lead.

Managing Templates

All created templates are saved in your dashboard for future use. You can edit, duplicate, or delete templates as needed. You can also filter templates by tags or category.

Troubleshooting Email Issues

If emails aren't sending or OTP codes aren’t arriving, make sure your email address is verified and not flagged for spam. You can also check your email logs under the System Emails section.
